The Fast Track
You're confident in the gym but want to get the fundamentals down before progressing to the group classes. Take 1-3 more 1-on-1 sessions to learn the ropes.
STEP TWO: OPTION TWO
The Base Builder Track
Working 1-on-1 with a coach, take your time learning the fundamentals and build your fitness & confidence up at the same time before transitioning to the group classes.
Transition to the group classes and continue to develop your skills and fitness.
Progress Check-Ins & Nutrition
Now you have had a bit of time with is, it's time to re-evaluate your goals and take a look at improving your nutrition.

We have some of the most experienced CrossFit coaches in New Zealand. Our coaches are on a constant learning journey continuously upskilling themselves in different training methods to help our members. Most of our coaching team also competed in the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 CrossFit Games respectively.
