Intent for the Barbell Work: 


- Start each lift braced as tight as possible, big pull and fast catch

- Brace tight for the squats with a fast dip & drive and fast feet in the jerk.

- Speed is key on each lift


Intent for the Skill Work:


- Aim should be to get some good movement work in on a skill piece that you would like to work on or need work on


Intent for the Conditioning:


- Keep moving

- Minimise rest time and move efficiently

- This will be a lot of reps, so look to keep chipping away with small amounts of work
