Intent for Lifting Work:

- Olympic Lifting unde fatigue

- The rest time will move quite quickly so focus on moving well with the bar, not how much weight is on the bar

Intent for Conditioning:

- High intensity skill piece + Overhead Squat work under fatigue

- Each piece is to be hit as hard as possible

- Work at threshold, however focus on the movement and the skill of each movement

- Push the pace on each round
