Intent for Today's Running Clock Class:

- It's all about high intensity

- Moving as fast as possible, pushing threshold, and maintaining the pace on each piece.

Power Snatches and Squats:

- Aim to move barbell as efficiently as possible.

- Keep the bar close on the way up and down.

- Strong set up on the snatches and big pull through the middle.

- Squats stay tight and upright as fatigue sets in.

Assault Bike / Rower work:

- Fast swaps on the bike/rower will be beneficial

- When you get tired, get your partner in.

Sleds:

- Full Send
