Intent for Skill Work:

- Aim here is moving well.

- Strong positions on each of the movements and good force generation from the hips.

- Midline activation is very important on each of the movements so emphasize this.

Intent for Conditioning:

- Working to just before the tipping point.

- Look at pushing hard from the start and trying to hold on from there.

- Recovery Time is short so the following rounds will be tough but tap into that mental toughness.
