Intent for Lifting Capacity Work:
- First part is to get some good heavy lifting in
- Power Snatch is there to develop the pull
- Hang Snatch is there to develop speed
-The Second Part (EMOM work) is to reinforce the pull and speed at a lower percentage
Intent for the Conditioning:
- Goal is to move a little faster than you usually would for a medium length piece
- Be a bit more aggressive with your sets and how long you hold onto each movements befreo resting
-Should be looking to get to the last 3 movements with a little bit in the tank and then push hard to finish
