Intent for the Strength Work:

- Get some good Strict Pull Up work in

- Modify the reps and movement to get a decent amount of volume out

Supplementary Romanian Deadlifts have been included so the posterior chain as a whole gets some good work

 

Intent for the Agility Work: 

- Change of Direction and Speed Development 

- Acceleration and the turn around is the main goal

- Get back up to speed over a short distance as quickly as possible

 

Intent for the Conditioning:

- Try and be consistent with pacing

- Giving each effort around 80 - 85% effort

- These should be tough but not soul crushing

- Idea is to keep moving for the full 7 minute blocks
