Intent for the Tempo Back Squat Work:

- The idea behind the tempo is to increase time under tension and elicit greater strength progress through holding stronger positions for longer

- The supplementary curl to press gives some good upper body strength work during rest time

Intent for the Conditioning:

- Percentages will be based purely off how you feel and how yo lift in the first part

- Aim should be to get back from the run with a pretty elevated heart rate and rip straight into the barbell work without any lag time if possible
