Intent for the Pull Up Skill Work:

- Dedicate skill work and skill development

- We want good, strong tension through the kip and generate power through the swing and hips


Intent for the HSPU Work:

- Idea is to develop your sill getting upside down and learning how to hold yourself upside down in a good, strong position

- Active shoulders (actively pressing against the ground), and active lats when upside down

- Learning to be a bit more body aware upside down also



Intent for the Conditioning:

- Tough EMOM piece with not a lot of rest

- Goal is to keep in control with steady rhythm for as long as possible

- Fight hard when you get into the later rounds, especially when the work gets close to the end of the minute
