Intent for the Deadlift Work:
- Heavy Pulling Work
- Stand on a plate for a deficit to improve pulling power / your first pull through the bottom range of the movement
- The extra range at the bottom will reinforce the need to brace tight and stay engaged
- Slowly increase the load over this movement
Intent for the Partner Conditioning:
- A longer piece with some skill pieces mixed in
- Pair up with someone with similar abilities to get some good skill work in
- Keep the reps low if needed
- Skill work should be efficient with tight shapes/positions.
- Push the pace as the reps decrease
