Intent for Running Clock Work:

- The first part will be very tough, but it should be performed with little to no strategy

- Hit the row at a steady pace, then pick up the pace on the barbell and hold on

- The lifting in the middle will be a good chance to lift under fatigue

- Concentrate on lifting well and setting properly first

- PAce yourselves on the AMRAP as it will get hard very quickly
