Intent for the Partner Strength Conditioning:
- You and your partner need to move fast through each round
- Keep transitions fast but focus on the skipping after some heavy pulling off the ground
Intent for the Partner Capacity Work:
- Heavy barbell loading work and skill worked mixed in together
- Need to pair up with others of similar ability
- Move a heavy barbell well but keep it fast
- Perfect movement on both the barbell and rig should be the main focus
- Both finish on the run together
- Leave it all out there
