Intent for the Pressing Work:
- You should be able to each new movement at the last load of the movement before
- For the Push PRess / Jerks the aim is to dip and drive strong
- Get the barbell off the shoulders quickly
- On the Jerks, get the catch under the bar quick with the head through in a powerful position
Intent for the Conditioning:
- Descending Reps will allow the pase to increase so ensure this happens
- Aim for no misses on the barbell but push the pace as you gain confidence or 'flow' with the barbell
- Keep transitions fast
