Intent for the Deadlift Work:
- The goal here is to get some good high rep strength / puling work off the ground
- The 10 rep will fatigue the posterior chain so make sure you stay strong and tight throughout the sets following this
Intent for the Conditioning:
- The loading for this workout will be moderate but this will be a gassy piece
- If scaled correctly, you should be able to move the barbell well and fast
The goal is to push each work peice and earn that rest
