Intent for the Press & Pull Skill Work:

- Goal os to pick a rep range that is achievable and move well

- Move in good positions and move efficiently

Intent for the Conditioning:

- Stay efficient and strong on the Lunges will be key in this workout

- The Devils Press will slow you down but when you hit the last set of the workout - rip into it.

- Push for big unbroken sets on the KB / DB and finish fast on the BJOs.
