Intent for Barbell Cycling:
- Pick up the barbell fast at the beginning of each minute, no matter how under the pump you are from the burpees
- Look to keep cycling the bar well and keep the barbell close
Intent for Skill Work:
- E2MOM Work: A Chance to get some good breathing and skill work in on the rig
- Technique Work: Working on breaking down the movement
- Tight Kip > Strong Hip Drive to build momentum > Pull to get the chin over the bar > End in a Hollow Position with chin over the bar
