Intent for the Strength Work:

- Quality movement with some heavy movements.

- Keep the rib cage down on the carries

- Neutral shoulders on the Deads

- Load the sled up so it's a grind

Intent for the Interval Work:

- Rip right into these interval pieces

- Idea is they should both take the same amount of time

- Push the run, get straight on the DB and move fast on the burpees

- Earn that rest
