Intent for the Lifting Percentage + Pause Work:
- Time under tension barbell work
- The goal with this piece is to work on strong back angles and keeping tightness throughout the lift.
- Pull strong off the ground, keep tight and finish the pull strong
Intent for the Conditioning:
- In this piece we want to get some good heavy loading in, with a load that is challenging
- Also to get this under some tough run fatigue
- The barbell should be heavy and this will be a long piece, so you will need to pick a comfortable pace at which to run at so when you get back in you can move the barbell well
