Intent for Lifting Percentage + Pause Work:
- This will be similar to Mondays with the same time under tension barbell work
- The goal with this piece is to work on/teach strong back angles and keeping tightness throughout the lift.
- The jerk is to be performed on each clean
- This will be at regular speed, make sure you dip and drive strong with fast feet in the catch.
Intent for Conditioning:
- Fast paced partner work
- You'll go round for round for the 17 mins
- This will get very very gassy
- Push the pace on this piece, without really needing to break or slow down.
