Intent for the Snatches:

 

- Positional Snatch Work - holding tension through each portion of the lift

- We want to hold a solid back angle throughout the whole movement

- Speed up the last part of the lift for a strong finish

 

Intent for the Conditioning:

 

- Swap as needed / when you start to slow down

- Try and move fast when you are working and push the pace
