Intent for the Strength Work:
- Time under tension is the main point of this piece
- Holding good strong positions on each movement
- Going reasonably heavy but not at the cost of good movement
Intent for the Conditioning:
- The idea is to hold on to the med ball for as long as possible
- Fast transition from the rig to the ball
- Good leg endurance piece that will require a lot of efficiency to get this workout done as quickly as possible
