Intent for the Lifting Work:
- A lot of shoulder to overhead work
- Ensure the torso stays upright throughout the whole lift
- Good strong and snappy drive in the dip
- Get under the bar quickly and move the feet fast
Intent for the Conditioning:
- Steady moving for this barbell battery / skill workout
- Once you get back from the run / finish the row, go straight into the next movement
- The snatches should be done as drop, reset, go
- As soon as you slow down > get your partner in
